Farida Saleh, LPC is a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Arizona. She earned her Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University and her Bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University. Farida is passionate about helping others navigate life’s challenges and is committed to equipping her clients with tools they can carry with them long after therapy ends - building resilience, confidence, and the ability to face future difficulties with strength. Farida has experience working in a variety of clinical settings and with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief and loss, trauma, PTSD, emotion regulation, negative thinking, and low self-esteem. She also works with couples and families to foster deeper connection and healthier communication. Farida takes an integrative approach to therapy and is trained in EMDR. She is bilingual and offers services in both English and Arabic. When she’s not working, Farida enjoys hiking, relaxing near the beach, and discovering new spots around the Valley.
